Ambrogio is the founder of Studio Legale Tributario Novelli, where he advises individuals, companies, and international clients on legal and tax matters. His practice focuses on wealth taxation, complex litigation, and structuring of assets — always with a strong cross-border perspective.
He began his career in the late 1980s, working with Ghiglione and Ghio and later with Baker & McKenzie in Milan. He also served as a legal consultant in Angola, appointed by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to support the Embassy on commercial law and bilateral matters.
Ambrogio holds degrees in Economics and Law from the University of Genoa and is registered as a Chartered Accountant, Auditor, and Lawyer in Italy. Fluent in Italian, English, French, and Portuguese, he is often appointed as an arbitrator in corporate disputes.
