About André
André Bailleux is one of the founding members of the L&N family. He currently serves as President of the Board of Directors, helping guide the strategic growth and collaborative culture of the network.
A seasoned tax lawyer with over 40 years of experience, André’s practice spans the full spectrum of direct and indirect taxation, including corporate and personal income tax, VAT, inheritance matters, and tax litigation (administrative, judicial, and criminal).
Before founding his own firm, André held partnerships in international law firms and began his career as an independent tax expert. He continues his practice today at his Brussels-based firm Wantiez Bailleux Goossens & Jans (WBGJ avocats), where he advises private clients and companies on tax and wealth structuring matters.
André is also a former lecturer at the Mons location of the Université catholique de Louvain, where he taught personal, corporate, and international taxation for nearly 25 years. His international experience includes early training in London and ongoing roles advising on cross-border matters for individuals, companies, and trusts. He is a company and trust director and sits on the editorial boards of Le Fiscologue and Le Fiscologue International.
