Christoph Möslein joined L&N in 2021, contributing over 30 years of experience in tax law and cross-border advisory. He is the head of the tax unit  of BAY GmbH, a German firm of lawyers, chartered accountants, tax advisors and business consultants. Christoph is based in the Munich office of BAY where he advises individuals, companies, and family-owned businesses on national and international tax matters, with a strong focus on strategy and structure.

Christoph’s expertise spans corporate taxation, inheritance and gift tax, expatriate planning, M&A, and international compliance. He draws on a unique blend of legal and tax insight to support clients in reorganisations, transfer pricing, tax audits, and corporate governance. His in-house leadership background includes roles as Head of Group Tax at BSH Bosch und Siemens and lead advisor for MAN Group’s outsourced tax function.

As certified tax lawyer and tax consultant, Christoph has been a member of the Munich Bar since 1991 and of the Munich Chamber of Tax Advisors since 1994. He is fluent in German, English, and French, and is active in several associations, including IFA, the Munich Corporate Tax Forum, the Swiss-German Business Association in Munich (where he serves as member of the Board) and Blockchain Bayern e.V., where he served as Treasurer from 2019 through 2025.

Within L&N, Christoph is a key connector in the German jurisdiction, combining precision, strategic vision, and cross-border fluency.
