L&N began in 2009 with a simple idea between friends — tax lawyers from different countries, each part of a law firm, who regularly turned to one another for insight and support.
What started as informal help between trusted peers quickly became something more: a shared commitment to serve clients better by leaning on each other’s strengths, experience, and local knowledge.
Rather than build another referral network, they built a bridge — a space where lawyers could connect with speed and confidence, knowing they shared not just a profession, but values and friendship. From this foundation of trust, the network grew — one member per country, one relationship at a time.
