About Pál
Pál Jalsovszky is one of the oldest members of L&N and currently serves on the network’s Board of Directors. A strategic thinker and dedicated advocate for cross-border collaboration, he has been instrumental in shaping L&N’s identity and direction.
Pál is the founder and managing partner of Jalsovszky, a leading Hungarian law firm for tax and business law. His practice spans tax, M&A, real estate, and commercial law, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions and high-value structuring. Frequently ranked among Hungary’s top lawyers, he is known for his precision, creativity, and business-minded approach.
Before founding his firm in 2005, Pál led the tax team at the Budapest office of an international law firm and held a senior finance role in the insurance sector. He holds an LL.M. in International Taxation from the University of Leiden and degrees in law and economics from Budapest universities.
He is also active in the cultural sphere, serving on the Supervisory Board of the Budapest Festival Orchestra, and regularly contributes to leading legal and economic publications.
